1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 233bet website, mobile site, and any downloadable application operated at https://233bet.onl.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a player on the 233bet platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 233bet platform.
• "233bet" / "We" / "Us" means the company operating the 233bet platform and all services delivered through it.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or reload credits added to a player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a player via a verified payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal after any applicable verification steps are complete.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Verification" means the process by which 233bet confirms a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership, which may involve requesting documents such as a national ID, passport, or mobile banking screenshot.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 233bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registering while underage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and not under duress or as a result of any form of coercion.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 233bet account under the same identity. Creating a second account to circumvent a previous suspension or bonus restriction is forbidden.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering. 233bet does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for a player's failure to comply with local laws.

233bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements at any time.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

233bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm the identity and age of all players. Verification may be requested at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, after a pattern of unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review.

When requested, you must provide one or more of the following documents within the timeframe specified by our support team:

• Government-issued photo ID: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of payment method: a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your name and registered mobile number matching your 233bet account details.
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (issued within the last three months) showing your name and address.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until verification is complete. 233bet will not be held liable for any delays in payment processing caused by a player's failure to complete the KYC process promptly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 233bet is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposit transactions are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment provider. 233bet does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, as a security and anti-fraud measure. Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the respective financial institution.

Important withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances have been fulfilled.
• 233bet may request KYC documentation before processing a player's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold determined by our compliance team.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative fee upon withdrawal to cover payment processing costs.
• 233bet reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours where further verification is required. Players will be notified by our support team in such cases.
• Any withdrawal request submitted while account verification is pending will be placed on hold until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

233bet offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying deposit or action. No bonus code is required unless specified on the promotion page.
• All bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Some promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly disclosed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the terms of the individual promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet size while playing with active bonus funds is ৳500 per round or bet. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus balance being voided.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 233bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited and already being actively wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to hedge bonus risk, or any other method — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

6. Betting Rules & Bet Settlement

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino game activity conducted through 233bet:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after it has been accepted by the 233bet system, except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available and the player chooses to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• 233bet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market parameters. Players will be notified of voided bets and the staked amount will be returned to their account balance.
• Bets on sports events that are abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified by the relevant sport's governing body may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific rules for that market as published on our sports betting page.
• For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, the revised DLS target and final result will govern settlement. 233bet follows the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board.
• Live in-play bets are subject to time delays inherent to data transmission. 233bet accepts no liability for bets placed after an in-play event (such as a goal, wicket, or boundary) has already occurred but before the odds update has been reflected on the platform due to data latency.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet and per event may apply. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 233bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening more than one account on the 233bet platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, betting bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or betting market to place bets at incorrect odds or in incorrect market conditions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sports results, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully acquired payment methods.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering through the platform, including using gambling transactions to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 233bet staff members, other players, or any third party connected with the platform.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the 233bet platform's source code, back-end systems, or security infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

233bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The following tools are available to all account holders free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your 233bet account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been logged into your account for a set period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 233bet platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Please contact our 24/7 support team to activate self-exclusion.

9. Privacy & Data Use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 233bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 233bet platform or any service available through it.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical maintenance, network failure, or circumstances outside 233bet's reasonable control.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted through the platform, including losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect information or a misunderstanding of game rules.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy of odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform where such data originates from third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 233bet's gross negligence. In all other cases, 233bet's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

233bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active players via their registered contact information or via a platform notification. Continued use of the 233bet platform after the amended Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 233bet platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.
